Town Twinning

The first procession of the town twinning event. Eddie Mason – sword bearer, David Mason – mace bearer lead Hertford Councillors to their places – including Mrs C Knapman – Town clerk, Mayor Rosemary Swallow, Deputy Mayor Jacquie Gudgin and councillors Henry Sargent David Slaughter, William Hunter, Andrew Reade and Glenn Sexton.
