Presentation of County of Hertfordshire model train

Network Southeast representative Ken Bird presents model locomotive “County of Hertfordshire” to Model Railway Society member Reg Harman at 120 years of Hertford East exhibition at Hertford Museum. The model is on display at hertford Museum.
