Private F. Aldridge of the Hertfordshire Regiment, nicknamed ‘Do Do’, in the trenches, 6th November 1915 with an unexploded minenwurfer shell on which is painted ” Unexploded ‘Minnie’ souvenir [with love] from Fritz 1st Herts 6th Nov 1915″.
