Hertford Museum now has a designated Learning Officer, Eleanor Payne. This post is funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) for three years (2008-2011), and over this time we will be developing exciting learning opportunities for many users, such as school groups, after school clubs, adult learners and early years using the museum collections. These activities will be taking place both at the museum when it reopens after refurbishment in 2010 and in schools and other community based locations in Hertford, across Hertfordshire and beyond.
