Hertford Museum is available for group visits on Mondays when the museum is closed to the general public.

The museum is fully accessible.
The museum is situated on Bull Plain which is a narrow road. Small coaches can drop off outside, whereas it is easier if larger coaches drop off at the bus station in Bircherley Green, just around the corner from the museum (2 minute walk).
